Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee our retail operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the store's day-to-day activities, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales to meet targets.

Duties:
- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
- Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and merchandising to optimize sales.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase store traffic and maximize profitability.
- Conduct employee orientation, training, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to enhance operational efficiency.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail management with a strong background in sales management.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
- Proficiency in math for managing budgets, inventory, and sales forecasting.
- Knowledge of retail operations including stock management, merchandising, and customer service.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle various responsibilities effectively.
